DESCRIPTION:Cuppa Companions sessions help people make meaningful connections with others\, and help them find a new activity\, community group or club to improve their health and well-being; they also include signposting to other local organisations for information and support. \nThe sessions take place on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month 10am-12noon at the Parkhouse Centre in Bude. \nEveryone is welcome! \nCuppa Companions is a collaborative initiative between our Community Makers\, a successful project by the charity Volunteer Cornwall to help support improved local knowledge of and signposting to local community and volunteer groups\, Coast & Country Primary Care Network (PCN) Social Prescribing Service\, and the Neetside Community Centre.

DESCRIPTION:The new Bereavement Café is taking place on the 2nd Thursday of every month 6pm-7.30pm at the Neetside Community Centre in Bude as part of the community hub. \nThere will be tea/coffee and cake! The group is supported by a qualified counsellor\, Anita Knight. \nWhether your loss is recent\, or was a long time ago\, everyone is welcome to this community-led service. If you are able to make a donation towards running this\, it will be gratefully received\, however there is no pressure to do so. \nPlease help spread the word\, and we hope to see you there!
