Cornwall Mind Peer Support Group

It’s great to have Cornwall Mind running a peer support group in Bude every Wednesday morning from 10am – 12noon.
The group is for everyone wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing. It provides a safe space for people to share, understand and benefit from peer support. For more information please see the peer recovery groups leaflet.
