Cuppa Companions

Cuppa Companions sessions help people make meaningful connections with others, and help them find a new activity, community group or club to improve their health and well-being; they also include signposting to other local organisations for information and support.
The sessions take place on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month 10am-12noon at the Parkhouse Centre in Bude.
Everyone is welcome!
Cuppa Companions is a collaborative initiative between our Community Makers, a successful project by the charity Volunteer Cornwall to help support improved local knowledge of and signposting to local community and volunteer groups, Coast & Country Primary Care Network (PCN) Social Prescribing Service, and the Neetside Community Centre.
