Cuppa Companions

Taking place at the Parkhouse centre every 1st and 3rd Friday from 10am – 12noon, this is a friendly group with tea, coffee and cake where everyone is welcome. Supported by the social prescriber, it often includes guest speakers from local organisations, mini health checks, energy and other advice.
