Every 2nd and 4th Monday from 2-4pm. A friendly knitting group run by volunteers who knit in a friendly space for local charities and organisations. Drop in.

Suitable for beginners or those experienced in needlecraft  - join the relaxed art of stitching. Taking place every Tuesday afternoon from 2-4pm, these cover a variety of activities. For the latest schedule please see  Community Hub craft and wellbeing sessions schedule attached. 

Every Wednesday morning from 10am - 12noon. It’s great to have Cornwall Mind running a peer support group in Bude. The group is for everyone wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing. It provides a safe space for people to share, understand and benefit from peer support. For more information please see the peer recovery groups leaflet.

Every 2nd Thursday from 2-4pm. Bereavement Café is open to all, whether your loss is recent, or was a long time ago. The sessions are supported by a qualified counsellor. It’s a chance for people to meet others and to share their experiences in a friendly and supportive environment.

Every 1st & 3rd Friday. Taking place at the Parkhouse centre, this is a friendly group with tea, coffee and cake where everyone is welcome. Supported by the social prescriber, it often includes guest speakers from local organisations, mini health checks, energy and other advice.
