Every Monday from 10am - 2pm. A place where those who want to volunteer can find out about local volunteering opportunities, and where local groups and organisations can share and promote their volunteer opportunities.

Every 1st & 3rd Friday. Taking place at the Parkhouse centre, this is a friendly group with tea, coffee and cake where everyone is welcome. Supported by the social prescriber, it often includes guest speakers from local organisations, mini health checks, energy and other advice.
