Bude Stroke Support Bude Stroke Support provides information and peer support in a friendly and welcoming setting. We run fortnightly get-togethers for anyone affected by stroke, including survivors, family and friends. The group is facilitated by someone with a lived experience of stroke. Held from 2-4pm every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Taking place at the Parkhouse centre, this is a friendly group with tea, coffee and cake where everyone is welcome. Supported by the social prescriber, it often includes guest speakers from local organisations, mini health checks, energy and other advice. Every 1st and 3rd Friday.  

A place where those who want to volunteer can find out about local volunteering opportunities, and where local groups and organisations can share and promote their volunteer opportunities. Held every Monday from 10am - 2pm.
