Every 2nd & 4th Friday from 10am - 12noon. Run in collaboration with Bude Library, this is a friendly group with tea, coffee and cake where everyone is welcome. It often includes guest speakers from local organisations and community groups.

Every 2nd Thursday - 2-4pm. The Bereavement Café is open to all, whether your loss is recent, or was a long time ago. The sessions are supported by a qualified counsellor. It’s a chance for people to meet others and to share their experiences in a friendly and supportive environment.

Open every Monday 10am - 2pm. A place where those who want to volunteer can find out about local volunteering opportunities, and where local groups and organisations can share and promote their volunteer opportunities.

Every 2nd and 4th Monday from 2-4pm. A friendly knitting group run by volunteers who knit in a friendly space for local charities and organisations. Drop in.

Come along to our Craft and Wellbeing sessions, designed to chase away winter blues and make new friends whilst learning a new skill. Every Wednesday from 10am - 12noon. It’s great to have Cornwall Mind running a peer support group in Bude. The group is for everyone wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing. It provides a safe space for people to share, understand and benefit from peer support. For more information please see the peer recovery groups leaflet.
