Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 2-4pm. The Bereavement Café is open to all, whether your loss is recent, or was a long time ago. The sessions are supported by a qualified counsellor. It’s a chance for people to meet others and to share their experiences in a friendly and supportive environment.

Taking place every 1st and 3rd Thursday from 2-4pm. Bude Stroke Support provides information and peer support in a friendly and welcoming setting. We run fortnightly get-togethers for anyone affected by stroke, including survivors, family and friends. The group is facilitated by someone with a lived experience of stroke. |
